It depends on the concrete, moisture conditions, how you use the space and the finish you prefer. Epoxy and flake floors offer a continuous resin finish, polyaspartic systems suit projects where curing time matters, and PVC tiles offer a modular alternative. We offer surface preparation, repairs and levelling screeds as part of a suitable flooring system. We first assess the cause and condition of the floor. Structural movement, significant cracks or water ingress may need additional investigation or work.
Some fast-cure polyaspartic installations can be completed in a day, depending on the substrate, preparation and site conditions. Installation time and return-to-use time are different: we’ll confirm when foot traffic and vehicles are permitted for your chosen system.
Any garage floor can become slippery when wet or contaminated. Texture and slip-resistant aggregate options can be specified to suit your needs. We’ll discuss the balance between grip, appearance and cleaning before installation.
